2. Hosting and technical delivery
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites and runs on cloud infrastructure. When you visit, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested address, browser and device information, and technical error data. This is necessary for secure delivery, stability and protection against misuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
OpenAI and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may be involved as recipients or processors. Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out and is subject to the applicable safeguards used by those providers.
3. Guest wall
When you submit a note, its text, an optional name and the time of submission are stored and the note appears immediately after automated safety checks. Links, contact details, obvious abuse and repeated spam are rejected. For rate limiting, the connection address is transformed into a one way hash and counted only for the current hour. It is not attached to the published note.
The legal basis is your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it and request deletion at any time. Email the address above and describe the note as precisely as possible. The owner can hide or permanently delete notes through a protected administration page.
Please do not submit sensitive information, another person’s contact details or material you do not have the right to share.
4. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your information is processed in order to respond. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. It is deleted when no longer needed for the conversation, unless legal retention obligations apply.
5. External links and social networks
This website uses ordinary links to external services rather than embedding their content. Simply visiting this site does not load social media widgets. If you follow a link, the privacy rules of that provider apply.
6. Cookiefree analytics
The website keeps a minimal first party count of page views by date and page path. It does not store cookies, IP addresses, unique visitor identifiers, profiles or browsing histories and does not send analytics data to an external analytics provider. “Do Not Track” is respected. These aggregate measurements serve the legitimate interest in understanding which parts of the website are useful under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The hosting or access service may use strictly necessary cookies for security or sign in. Details are available in the cookie information.
7. Your rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
